Prescription of any controlled substance requires an in-person or home visit appointment.

I prescribe controlled substances infrequently and always per DEA and State regulations.

I currently hold a position as the WNC Obesity Educator for Novo Nordisk and accept patients outside of traditional business hours.
To ensure no conflict of interest with Novo Nordisk, I do not treat diabetes or obesity at this time but offer high-level consultation and I can helpfully refer.
At this time, I can not accept primary care patients who reside within 20 miles of Blowing Rock Medical Park. I will not recruit, interfere, or intercede with their care. I do offer consultation-only appointments to support their practice. They are awesome.
Cash payment is for your office visit. You can continue to use your insurance for prescriptions, labs, and imaging. Our visit is FSA/HSA Eligible.
